1. Yesterday was youngest daughter’s best day ever. She’s 10 & in 5th grade.
2. She has her first boyfriend (he’s 11 - 6th grade).
3. She also had no homework.
4. Unfortunately, her boyfriend is son’s good friend (son is also 11 & in 6th grade).
5. Son is upset with her about it.
6. Son is also upset because I said boyfriend cannot stay overnight with son anymore if daughter is here. The boys like to stay up all night playing video games.
7. This weekend the state fair is opening here.
8. It’s supposed to rain this weekend.. as it always does the first weekend of the state fair.
9. Raven, from “That’s So Raven” on the Disney Channel will be performing on Sunday afternoon.
10. We have a betta named Raven in her honor.
11. We’re going early on Sunday afternoon and hopefully will be able to get reasonably close to the stage.
12. Youngest daughter has already made a poster that says, “Raven, I’m your biggest fan!!”
13. I’m thinking that a ton of other little girls will be thinking that THEY are her biggest fan!
