Today, I heard a someone say that when she was on the phone with an insurance company, the rep looked at her & said that they don’t process facility claims.
I wonder.. does she have a video phone.. since the rep LOOKED at her?
I’m glad I don’t have a video phone. It’s probably best for some of the company reps I deal with to not see me rolling my eyes when I think they’re full of hot air.
