The inspection of the house was on Friday. The inspection team went in the attic & in the crawl space below. Everything checked out.
Three things were on the list of things that need to be fixed.
1. 2 leaky faucets
2. a plug in has the polarity reversed (wires need to be switched around - or something like that)
3. the bathroom vent (the owners purchased it already) needs to be installed
That’s it. Nothing major.
Now we need to have it appraised.
Then the owner of the house my sellers are moving into needs to get moved into her new home. Right now my realtor says we’re looking at a closing date of November 30.
Not as soon as I had hoped for - but still, not much longer!
