Youngest daughter is at a birthday party right now. I’ll pick her up in 2 hours. It’s her first party since her diagnosis. I’ve been nervous about how it will work with her wanting to eat with her friends - since we all know kids want to constantly eat & not have to think about it. She came up with a plan. She’s going to call me before she eats, we’ll figure out the carbohydrates in the food, then she’ll do her injection in the bathroom & eat up!
Daughter was going to spend the night, but our weekend plans changed. Since we’ll be driving down to Dallas early tomorrow morning, she decided to not stay overnight.
