Sometimes I am not actually laughing aloud when I type LOL, I’ve decided to use something that more accurately describes what I’m doing.
I shall now type LQTM.

quietly
to
myself.
LQTM is sometimes what I’m doing when I have the urge to type LOL. Of course, the keys are not as close together and I will have to think before I type, as it requires more than one finger to pull it off, but that’s ok. It’s real. It’s what is happening. It’s what I’ll be typing.
Of course, there will still be the true LOL moments when I really am laughing so hard that I wake the kids or they come running to see what’s happened to cause such laughter… I love laughing like that!
