A co-worker left me a message Friday night to watch the Tom Jones special on PBS, but I was already asleep by the time she called and didn't hear the message until Saturday. That's when I looked him up online - so I could see what all the fuss was about. I’m not a fan either.

Yet, I do think his singing was better in his early days...but it has never been good. Better than terrible is still not good. I know that many people like his singing. We all have our own tastes.
